At Henri SELMER, we are committed to providing musicians with instruments of the highest caliber; if your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, pristine condition and include all authentic packaging and accessories.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the instrument and all included accessories back into their original protective cases and shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
